 I the undersigned agree to pay the amount of $500 for the Fountain of Peace to visit our school.

 I understand our school agrees if requested by the Fountain of Peace Project to provide a billet for overnight accommodation where necessary for two people - not to exceed one night either prior or after which ever fits the schedule.

 Payment to be received on completion of the presentation.

NOTE:
We will be accepting applications starting March 1, 2010, for September 2010. Once the information has been completed with an authorized school signature, please print it out and scan it (we must have a copy of the signature). Please attached the jpg of the contract to an email and send it  to info@fountainofpeace.com.

Your school will be notified of its acceptance via email. At that time we will also notify you of the country your school will be twinned with.

We are very excited to be visiting your school, and excited that you have chosen to participate in an international project that is creating peace consciousness.

The Fountain of Peace will begin its journey September 1, 2010 on Vancouver Island and make its way east and north. December. Please see our schedule page for more details. Our goal is to visit as many schools who would like to participate, as possible.
